Clak is a proptech startup, focused on making real estate inventory turnover time more efficient, through the participation of the main players in the sector, mainly real estate advisors, brokers, banks and buyers.
User persona:
Independent real state broker: professional in the sector that in his day to day is in charge of publishing properties for sale or rent in various portals; Or that your efforts are focused on getting potential customers.
One of its main work tools is whatsapp.
Solutions
Features so that the broker can collaborate with other brokers, advisors and companies in sales or rental operations.
The publication of the properties is shared simultaneously among other brokers, platforms and potential buyers.
The main way of communication is WhatsApp.
The touchpoint comes from the App, and we connect all user in interaction to WhatsApp connections.
Companies in the sector can connect with potential customers, and users can contract services in the sector, such as appraisals, mortgage advice, notaries, etc.
By publishing on the platform, the item is distributed on other portals, including the Meta market place.
The platform allows a 2X increase in sales closings, by having everything integrated; from the certification of real estate to the validation of potential clients.

The platform captures leads from various campaigns, profiles and validates them through APIs, and distributes them among network users.
