Description:
I designed a B2B mobile application that enables small shop owners to efficiently manage their orders for Arca Continental products, such as Coca-Cola, Bocados, and Jugos del Valle. The solution focuses on streamlining the purchasing process with an intuitive interface that simplifies order creation, tracking, and management.
Additionally, I implemented visual features that enhance the user experience, including recommendations based on purchase history and personalized promotions. The app has helped small shop owners improve operational efficiency and strengthen their relationship with Arca Continental by providing a modern and accessible tool.
User persona:
A small shop owner in their mid-30s to 50s, living in urban or semi-urban areas of Latin America, relies on straightforward tools to efficiently manage their business. With a high school education and basic familiarity with smartphones, they seek solutions that simplify daily operations. Their primary goal is to streamline the ordering process for products while accessing promotions and managing inventory effectively, all within the limited time available during a busy workday.
Traditional ordering methods, such as phone calls or in-person visits, often lead to inefficiencies, missed opportunities, and difficulty tracking inventory and product availability. They are motivated by the opportunity to increase profit margins through better deals and maintain a strong reputation by ensuring their shop is always stocked with essential products.
The Arca Continental B2B app addresses these challenges by offering an intuitive platform to browse products, place orders, and track deliveries. The app’s personalized promotions based on purchasing patterns provide additional value, helping to optimize costs and increase sales. By simplifying the ordering process and providing visibility into deals and inventory, the app allows them to focus more on running their shop and serving customers, ultimately supporting the growth and efficiency of their business.
